The Coopers Micro Brew Kit is designed to give you everything
you need to brew your own high quality, completely natural,
great tasting beer every time.
Coopers have taken the guesswork out of home brewing,
in fact by following the four simple steps (detailed instructions
are supplied), you can make a world class beer.
Enjoy the satisfaction of creating your own special beer
variety, free from additives and preservatives - it's easy
and it is fun!
Step 1 - MIX
Mix and dissolve the Coopers Home Brew Lager concentrate and
1 kg brewing sugar with 2 litres of hot water. Top up with
cold water to 23 litres and stir.
Step 2 - BREW
Add yeast and ferment. Sprinkle yeast onto solution (wort),
stir, tighten lid and place air-lock. Recommended brewing
temperature between 21 -27 C.
Step 3 - BOTTLING
Bottle the brew and add carbonation drops. 2 drops per bottle.
Store in dark and cool place for 2 weeks. Carbonation will
take place during these time.
Step 4 - ENJOY!!!
Pour gently and leave the yeast at the bottom. The taste will
improve over time. In fact, It has a shelf life of about a
year when kept in cool place.
With a little more effort, you can improve your first beer. Ask for an upgraded kit.

Are there anything else I need to know?
Yes, although fermentation can be done in room temperature (21 to 30C). You get the best possible result at 21C. For cooling solutions go to Fermenter Coolers.
