Sparkling Ale Recipe

1 can Coopers Sparkling Ale 1.7kg - $34.00
1 can Liquid Light Malt 1.5kg - $22.00

1 lb Light Dry Malt - $8.50
300 gm Dextrose - $3.00

How to brew :

Dissolve Light Dry Malt in a pot with 2 -3 litres of cold tap water and slowly bring to boil. Turn off fire and add the rest of the ingredients. Fill fermenter with very cold water to about 18 Litres mark. Add pot of mixture and top up to 23 Litres mark. The resulting temperature should about 26C. Aerate wort vigorously for 5-10 mins. Pitch yeast immedately!

Target FG : 1.010
