Enhancer 1 - Brewing Sugar

Coopers Brew Enhancer1 contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. Recommended for use with your lighter style beers such as Lager, Draught and Pilsener.

Enhancer 2 - Brewing Sugar

Coopers Brew Enhancer2 contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. The Light Dry Malt, being 100% pale malt, will further add to the body and increase the malt character of your favourite brew. Great for use with any beer styles where a fuller, maltier flavour is preferred.

Coopers - Brewing Sugar 1kg

Coopers Brewing Sugar contains sucrose and maltodextrin. The sucrose will ferment out completely. The maltodextrin is not fermentable and remains in the brew adding to the body and head retention whilst not imparting any sweetness or flavours. A simple improvemet to all your brews. Alternatively, use Dextrose.

Coopers Dextrose contains not less than 99.5% glucose which is a simple sugar that ferments out completely. Coopers Dextrose avoids the sharp cidery characters that can be produced by white household sugar. A favourite with experienced brewers, suitable for all beer styles. Combine this with maltodextrin for beer improvement.

Carbonation Drops

Carbonation Drops dissolve quickly without the need for inverting or shaking the bottle.The dosage required is 1 drop per 345-375ml bottles or 2 drops per 740-750ml bottle. Need some chopping to get into normal 640ml glass bottles (1 1/2 drops).

Use whole can of unhopped Dark Malt Extract (Liquid) , 800gm Dextrose and 8 oz Maltodextrin and Munton Gold Yeast for Stout brewing.

Good for adding mouth feel, body and head retention to brews without affecting flavor. Maltodextrin is a chain between 4 and 20 dextrose units in length making it only 3% fermentable by brewer's yeast. Popular among sportman for making energy drinks.

Direction: Mix 4 oz with 1 kg Dextrose in making light beer or 8 oz for a that thick creamy stout.

Frustrated with high FG and incomplete fermentation? Pitch enzyme together with yeast to help break down sugar/maltoise. Caution: Beer could end in low FG (eg 1.004). Beer will taste drier with higher alcohol level.

Use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon to ensure active fermentation.
