Lager
Coopers Lager is produced using the finest Aussie premium
malted barley and Tasmanian Hops. When fermented, these ingredients
combine to produce a full-bodied Australian Lager that is
distinctive and refreshing to the taste. We recommend using
Dextrose 1kg, Light Dry Malt 300g, Hallertau hops & Nottingham yeast. IBU : 21.5

Draught
A full and flavoursome beer displaying a clean crisp taste
with a subtle "bitter" flavour. Coopers Draught
displays a good head with a fresh bright colour. This style
is sometimes better described as a Draught Bitter. We recommend
using Enhancer2, Willamette hops & Nottingham yeast. IBU : 23.5

Real Ale
English Real Ale displays a solid head and
a distinctive, full-bodied flavour, enhanced by a soft, fruity
character. A true ale in style and colour. We recommend using Enhancer1, Light Dry Malt 500g, Fuggle hops & Safale S04 yeast. IBU : 31.0

Dark Ale
Rich Mahogany colour and creamy head. Roasted malt aromas
with a hint of chocolate generous mouthfeel dominated by roasted
malt flavours, sufficient hop bitterness to give balance and
a dry finish. We recommend 500g Amber Dry Malt and 500 Dextrose. Old

Stout
Dark brown colour with a persistent head resembling espresso
creamer, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional
mouthfeel and dark malt characteristics. Can be consumed young
or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.
We recommend 500g Dark Dry Malt and 500 Dextrose. Brew to

It captures the style of the finest quality lagers exported from Northern Europe . Serve well chilled in a tall, narrow glass with a generous head of 5cm or so and savour the herbaceous hop aroma and crisp finish. For the best results use Enhancer 3 & Nottingham yeast. Similar to the famous Coopers Pale Ale. The finest 2-row barley, hops
and specially selected yeast combine to produce a beer with
fruity and floral characters, balanced with a crisp bitterness
and compelling flavour perfect for every occasion. Recommended

Blonde
Pale straw colour. Crisp pale malt aromas with a hint of
spicy hops, clean pale malt flavours and a light-bodied palate
that finishes with obvious hop bitterness. Your perfect thirst

Mexican Cerveza
Coopers Mexican Cerveza (beer) emulates the style of the
finest quality beers exported from Mexico. This premium beer
is light in style with a fresh clean taste, ideally served
ice-cold with a wedge of lime or lemon. Recommended to be
brewed with 1 kg Enhancer2.

A rich, dark brew displaying coffee, chocalate and licarice.
Aromatic, roasty bitter notes with dry finish. An authentic

Wheat Beer
A pale cloudy beer, refreshing spritzy and tart with a delicious
creamy frothiness. A great summer refresher, considered by

India Pale Ale
Amber and golden hues, with a strong white head, malt aromas
and a hint of fruit, the palate shows bold malt flavours with
balanced hop bitterness on the finish. A strong ale with robust
malt with high hopping levels. We recommend 1.5kg Light Dry
Malt, Cascade Hops & Safale US05 yeast.

Pilsner
A pale straw coloured beer with a bold, spicy Saaz hop aroma.
Crispy and dry with cleansing bitterness. Made from premium
2-row pale malt, bittering hops and a generous amount of Saaz
hops. Contain true Lager yeast. We commend you try brewing
with 1 can Liquid Light Malt Extract(1.5kg) & 300g Dextrose.
